How does it work?

1. Delivery to the location of your choice. You transport the grain to any grain elevator or receiving station that is convenient for you. When you deliver the shipment, you register it in the name of "Hansagro".

2. Verified Quality:  All commodities are rigorously tested and verified by independent, certified port laboratories (VAKS, LATRAPS) prior to export.

3. Immediate payment. As soon as the invoice is issued, we process the payment immediately. We transfer the funds to your bank account, deducting a fixed fee of 3% or 5% (depending on the season) from the total amount for immediate transaction completion and ensuring liquidity.

Frequently Asked Questions

Our terms of cooperation are completely transparent— there are absolutely no contracts, registration fees, or hidden charges. We charge only a single fixed commission based on the final value of the shipment, and this varies depending on the season:

  • Off-season (October–July): 3% of the total value of the cargo.

  • During the peak harvest season (August–September): 5% of the total value of the shipment.

Why is the rate different?

During peak harvest season, ports, grain elevators, and receiving stations are operating at maximum capacity. This means that document processing and actual payments from major buyers can be significantly delayed. We assume this risk of waiting and cash flow on your behalf. Logistics are faster during the off-season and our capital turnover is smoother, so we can pass this benefit directly on to you by offering a reduced 3% rate.


What determines the quality, moisture content, and weight of my grain?

This is entirely determined by the receiving station you choose (e.g., VAKS, LATRAPS, Linas Agro), which uses its own independent laboratories and scales. We do not interfere with the evaluation of the shipment and do not apply our own deductions. We simply pay the invoice issued by the receiving station.


No. We only handle one-time (spot) transactions. You sell us exactly the amount for which you want to receive payment today. You have no further obligations or volume requirements toward Hansagro. See our one-page contract template here.

Do I need to sign a long-term contract and commit to future obligations?

What is the actual time it takes to receive the money?

If the receipt from the drop-off point and our one-time purchase agreement are signed on a business day by 3:00 p.m., we will process the transfer on the same day. At the latest, the funds will be in your account by the morning of the next business day.
